Only the best thermal components are used in the MSI MEG Z490 GODLIKE Motherboard. Frozr heatsink design and zero Frozr technologies active cooling solution is ready to release its maximum performance. The surface area of heat dissipation is enlarged also by the heat-pipe design. M.2 SSDs are kept cool thanks to the M.2 shield Frozr, and a MOSFET backplate cools down the MOSFET temps with its solid metal design. Precise stacked fin array increases the heat dissipation surface, 7W/mK thermal pad provide better heat transfer to the heat sink.
