Its advanced silicone-based compound features a modelling clay-like consistency that allows the pad to compress and conform perfectly to uneven component surfaces, maximising thermal contact.

Compared to the renowned Minus Pad 8 series, the Minus Pad Extreme delivers approximately 260% higher thermal performance, making it ideal for high-power cooling applications including graphics card memory modules, motherboard VRMs, SSD controllers, power stages and workstation hardware.

The 120 × 20mm format is perfect for graphics card memory modules and motherboard VRMs, while the 2.0mm thickness is ideal for applications requiring a larger gap between the heatsink and the component.
