The Thermal Grizzly PhaseSheet PTM is an advanced thermal interface material that bridges the gap between traditional thermal pads and thermal paste. Manufactured using a Phase Change Material (PCM), the pad remains solid at room temperature for effortless installation and transforms into a low-viscosity thermal interface once operating temperatures exceed 45°C. This allows it to spread evenly across the processor or graphics chip, creating an exceptionally thin thermal layer for maximum heat transfer.

Unlike conventional thermal paste, PhaseSheet PTM contracts again as it cools, dramatically reducing the pump-out effect that can occur after repeated thermal expansion and contraction. This makes it particularly well suited to high-performance CPUs and GPUs that experience frequent thermal cycling during gaming, content creation and workstation workloads.

Measuring 50 × 40mm with an ultra-thin 0.2mm profile, this version provides generous coverage for larger processors and graphics chips while remaining easy to trim for custom applications. The material is electrically non-conductive, allowing safe installation around delicate electronic components.

For peak performance, Thermal Grizzly recommends approximately 10 thermal cycles above 60°C, allowing the PhaseSheet PTM to fully develop and stabilise its maximum thermal conductivity. This results in consistently excellent cooling performance and significantly longer service life than conventional thermal compounds.
