Brilliant service, brilliant customer service, I am from Cape town and with all my orders, I got same day delivery. Prices are also very competitive, in most cases better than its competitors. I without a doubt recommend rebel gaming.

I can say that I was absolutely impressed at the professionalism and speed of service from Rebel Gaming. My questions about new product lines were answered swiftly and correctly, my order was processed seamlessly, and delivery was effected quickly and safely, with superb communication all along the way. For any future needs, I'll be sure to check Rebel Gaming for stock before I look elsewhere!

One day I stumbled onto their site as I browsed through the internet on the search for my next build, they are very new and I have not heard of them or seen them before, so I thought, maybe I should use one of the bigger guys ( reputable online shops that I have personally used in the past ) , but seeing that their prices are so competitive and good, I couldn't turn away and gave them a shot. And I tell you, they delivered , actually, over-delivered!! Exceptional service , quick turn around times!! So long story short, If you're wondering "should I use them, they seem very new and I don't know if I can trust them" , go for it, you will not regret it.

I placed an order after 5 PM, and received it delivered to my door in less than 24 hours. Really great and efficiency service guys, keep it up!

There are just so much out there.. but not like this. The service I received from Julio ( Co-Founder ) is probably one of the best I have experienced. It felt personalized, not like someone was trying to just sell you something and rush the deal. He went the extra mile to find something for me without even asking for it. After purchasing, Julio still kept in touch wanting to know if everything was received and in good order. Safe to say, the bar is set pretty high here for others. A much needed service in this industry indeed! I wish this company all the success for the future, definitely worth it.

Where to start. Honestly every purchase I have made from Rebel Gaming has been beyond amazing to me not realizing my NVME needed a screw and the owner sending me a screw on his own expense to simply handling courier services in the best timely manner I have ever experienced has been amazing. Bought a full rig and it was built to perfection cable management was insane and the machine arrived within 96 hours from start of the build to my door. From Cape town to JHB I also have to value the advice given and the best options to go for regarding my budget has been on point to. I feel a rating out of 5 stars is simply not enough Rebel Gaming deserves at least 20 out of 5 stars. Safe to say I will only be supporting them. Great company great people that deliver a great experience.

I am really happy that I found out about Rebelgaming. At first I thought the prices were too good to be true but I was extremely happy when I received my delivery in just 5 days. Shipped all the way from the Western Cape to Mpumalanga. It's definitely my new go-to retail store!

I can highly recommend Julio and his team at Rebel Gaming. Julio is passionate about what he does and it comes through in his customer service. They give great advice and their prices are very competitive. If I have a challenge and I need advice, steering or ideas (not just for gaming equipment) these guys are my first stop. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I've been a pc enthusiast for about 10 years now and I've dealt with many different company's over this period. But NEVER have I received this tipe of service. Rebel Gaming in my opinion has the potential to be the biggest computer store in all of africa because they dream it with their customers and keep their interests at mind. I've dealt with all the other stores in between and lets just say the service was like going to a restaurant and having a Trainee take your orders.(Poor) BUT Rebel Gaming has a goal of pleasing their customers and helping them to build their dream machines whether its customer support to good prices. Well deserving of a full 5 star rating! I would give more if I could. The absolutely best customer service I have ever recieved. The order was effortless and quick thanks to the patience and care from Julio.

There's a very simple reason why Rebel Gaming, as of my review, has a 5 star rating. I ordered a Keyboard from this website for about R800 in total. Not extremely expensive, but also not very cheap. Regardless, when I made my order, Julio the owner sent me an email from his personal email address to confirm everything and asked me to let him know when it arrived. But unfortunately it was faulty. As soon as I told Julio this, he personally called me and did not stop until he found a fix for my issue. He got the keyboard picked up from my house the day it was delivered and went straight to the distributor to get me a new one that was not faulty. If I could rate the customer service independently of everything else, it would be a 10/10. Julio is super nice and clearly wants to ensure his customers receive the best service possible. Thanks again to Rebel Gaming and Julio for the excellent website and service!

I don't usually leave Reviews, but these guys went above and beyond, answering my emails late into the night and giving me a service experience of note. Love the website clean and crisp. Keep it up, will definitely do more business with them.
