Honestly every purchase I have made from Rebel Gaming has been beyond amazing to me not realizing my NVME needed a screw and the owner sending me a screw on his own expense to simply handling courier services in the best timely manner I have ever experienced has been amazing. Bought a full rig and it was built to perfection cable management was insane and the machine arrived within 96 hours from start of the build to my door. From Cape town to JHB I also have to value the advice given and the best options to go for regarding my budget has been on point to. I feel a rating out of 5 stars is simply not enough Rebel Gaming deserves at least 20 out of 5 stars. Safe to say I will only be supporting them. Great company great people that deliver a great experience.

I have been building personal PC for a while now and never have I experienced such short turnaround times,I got great customer service on my desired Ram and was on my doors step 2 days after the order,as a first time user I will definitely be back!

A seamlessly wonderful experience from start to finish. Literally the best customer service I've experienced to date from any SA consumer electronics supplier, and I've used them all. Live chat always available and instantly answered, clean and clear website with safeguards to prevent purchases on accidentally out of stock items. Julio is a legend! He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my order and that all was processed correctly. I realised after receiving my fans that I should have taken 3 x 120 instead of 2 x 140. Not only did he exchange the fans but he also PERSONALLY went to the supplier to pick up the new fans to ensure that I could build on the same day and then delivered them to me while at the same time not charging me a cent. Absolute legend! Will definitely buy from him in the future.

I believe this was my third order placed with RebelGaming and as with the others it went off without a hitch. Julio even split my order because the one item would hold back the entire delivery. One day I stumbled onto their site as I browsed through the internet on the search for my next build, they are very new and I have not heard of them or seen them before, so I thought, maybe I should use one of the bigger guys ( reputable online shops that I have personally used in the past ) , but seeing that their prices are so competitive and good, I couldn't turn away and gave them a shot. There are just so much out there.. but not like this. The service I received from Julio ( Co-Founder ) is probably one of the best I have experienced. I recently interacted with Julio Rebelo from Rebel Gaming and WOW, what an absolutely amazing guy with a true heart for helping customers. He went above and beyond to assist me even though there was no promise of any sale. I was completely blown away by his customer focus, willingness to answer questions and I highly recommend him in this IT space. There's a very simple reason why Rebel Gaming, as of my review, has a 5 star rating. I ordered a Keyboard from this website for about R800 in total. Not extremely expensive, but also not very cheap. Regardless, when I made my order, Julio the owner sent me an email from his personal email address to confirm everything and asked me to let him know when it arrived. But unfortunately it was faulty. As soon as I told Julio this, he personally called me and did not stop until he found a fix for my issue. He got the keyboard picked up from my house the day it was delivered and went straight to the distributor to get me a new one that was not faulty. If I could rate the customer service independently of everything else, it would be a 10/10. Julio is super nice and clearly wants to ensure his customers receive the best service possible.
