1. Eligibility
   • Open to individuals who purchase any Thermalright product and complete the entry requirements.
   • Participants must be of legal age & reside in South Africa.
   • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Rebel Gaming or its partners are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
   • Step 1: Purchase any Thermalright product.
   • Step 2: Like & Share our Instagram and Facebook post – it’s super easy to do!

   • Ensure that your social media profiles are public on the day of the giveaway to verify your entry.
3. Entry Period
   • The giveaway is valid until the 30th April 2025.
   • Entries received after this period will not be eligible.
4. Prize Details
   • One (1) 9800X3D, one (1) ASUS TUF GAMING X870-PLUS WIFI Motherboard & one (1) Patriot Viper Venom 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz DDR5 Memory KIT will be awarded as the prize.
   • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.
   • Rebel Gaming reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Selection and Notification
   • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
   • Notification will be made via a direct message on the social media platform(s) used for entry.
   • The winner must respond within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 days) of notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

   • Rebel Gaming reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time without notice if unforeseen circumstances arise.

   • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cape Town, South Africa.
