Description
Part numberAG510K2TB
The highest performance thanks to the PCIe 5.0 x4 controller
Thanks to the PCIe Gen5.0 x4 Phison E26 controller and the new 232-layer 3D TLC NAND flash memory, the AORUS Gen5 10000 solid-state drive provides the highest performance: sequential read and write speeds of up to 10,000/9,500 MB/s. Designed for enthusiasts, gamers and rendering professionals, the AORUS Gen5 10000 provides users with faster data transfer and lower latency in games.
The highest speed
The E26 controller is manufactured using a modern 12-nm process, which provides sufficient computing power. In addition, it supports up to 8 channels of NAND Flash with 32CE caching, DDR4 SLC and complies with the NVMe 2.0 standard. The AORUS Gen5 10000 solid-state drive provides approximately 37% faster read speeds and up to 37% faster write speeds than PCIe Gen4.0 x4.
NAND flash memory is chosen for its high quality and performance
Combining the superior bandwidth and high quality of 3D TLC NAND, the AORUS Gen5 10000 SSD delivers a better experience.
M.2 Thermal Guard Xtreme with nanocarbon coating (optional)
The AORUS Gen5 10000 solid-state drives are offered with the optional M.2 Thermal Guard Xtreme system, which consists of two heat pipes and stacked fins with advanced thermal technology with a nano-carbon coating for maximum heat dissipation efficiency. Double-sided thermal insulation with high conductivity ensures heat transfer to the ribs located one above the other. M.2 Thermal Guard Xtreme is the best solution for passive cooling when your PC uses a CPU AIO water cooler.
Why is it so important to store SSDs at low temperatures?
Higher operating temperatures may result in data loss. The degradation rate for data loss can be hundreds of times higher. Compared to a conventional coated heatsink, the M.2 Thermal Guard Xtreme improves heat dissipation to maintain the highest sequential read performance. Thanks to M.2 Thermal Guard Xtreme, the solid-state drive can operate at lower operating temperatures, which increases the reliability of data storage. Use M.2 Thermal Guard Xtreme to boost storage performance anytime.
