The Thermal Grizzly CPU Contact Frame Intel LGA1700 LT is the affordable Lite version of Thermal Grizzly’s popular CPU Contact Frame, designed to improve CPU mounting pressure and cooling performance on Intel LGA1700 platforms.

Replacing the factory Integrated Loading Mechanism (ILM), the Contact Frame features a specially engineered internal contour that redistributes mounting pressure from the centre of the processor toward the edges. This helps prevent the Integrated Heat Spreader (IHS) from bending under uneven pressure, allowing the CPU cooler to make better contact across the entire surface for more efficient heat transfer.

Unlike the premium aluminium version, the LT model is manufactured from glass fibre reinforced ABS plastic using an injection moulding process. The reinforced construction provides excellent rigidity while reducing manufacturing costs, making it an excellent value upgrade for Intel systems.

Installation is quick and straightforward using the included Torx and hex tools together with the supplied replacement mounting screws. Depending on your processor and cooling solution, the Contact Frame can help reduce CPU operating temperatures by improving contact between the processor and cooler.

Compatible with Intel 12th, 13th and 14th Generation Core processors using the LGA1700 socket, the CPU Contact Frame Intel LGA1700 LT is an excellent upgrade for gaming PCs, creator workstations and enthusiast systems.
