30CM CABLE LENGTH

These cable extensions measure 30cm in length to give you enough slack to conceal your factory issued cables but not so much that you will have to deal with a large amount of additional clutter behind your motherboard plate. For most standard ATX cases, these cable extensions will allow you a comfortable amount of sleeved cabling so you can have the professional looking build you’ve always wanted.

16AWG WIRE TYPE

Industry standard factory issued PSU cables usually come with 18AWG wires. The Sleeved Extension Cable Kit uses 16AWG wires for increased performance. These cables can handle higher temperatures and provide better efficiency than standard issue cables. Meaning they will balance out any normally lost efficiency caused by extending your cables. This also means lower ambient temperatures emanating around your components, because of the thicker wires and protective sleeving.

PVC SLEEVING

PVC stands for polyvinyl chloride. Polyvinyl chloride is a solid plastic made from vinyl chloride that can be made softer and more flexible by adding phthalates, such as in the case of making flexible cable sleeves. This is one of the most respected cable sleeving materials currently on the market because of its durability, aesthetic value, and its effectiveness at protecting internal wires.

Through the phthalates adding process, the Colored Extension Cable Kit cables retain their flexibility, ensuring an easy cable management process whether you’re adding these to an extant system or building a new one from scratch.
