The Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 4 combines the proven durability and business-focused design of the ThinkPad family with Intel’s latest Series 3 Core Ultra architecture. The 21YC0026ZA is designed for professional productivity, demanding multitasking, hybrid working and AI-enhanced applications while providing the larger workspace of a 16-inch display.

At its core is the Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 355 processor, featuring 8 cores and 8 threads in a configuration of 4 Performance cores and 4 Low Power Efficient cores. It reaches boost speeds of up to 4.70GHz and incorporates 12MB cache, providing strong performance for office productivity, large spreadsheets, business applications, multitasking and content creation.

The processor also integrates an Intel® AI Boost NPU delivering up to 49 TOPS of dedicated AI acceleration, allowing the ThinkPad E16 Gen 4 to qualify as a Microsoft Copilot+ PC. This dedicated NPU can accelerate supported AI workloads while reducing reliance on the CPU for AI processing.

The notebook includes 16GB DDR5-5600 memory installed as a single 16GB SO-DIMM. Two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots provide dual-channel capability and an excellent future upgrade path, with the platform supporting configurations up to 64GB.

Storage is provided by a spacious 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, offering fast Windows startup, responsive application loading and plenty of capacity for business files, applications and project data.

The 16-inch WUXGA (1920 × 1200) IPS display features a productivity-friendly 16:10 aspect ratio, 400-nit brightness, anti-glare coating and 45% NTSC colour coverage. The taller 16:10 format provides additional vertical workspace compared with conventional 16:9 displays, making it particularly useful for spreadsheets, documents and browser-based applications.

For hybrid working and conferencing, the ThinkPad features a Full HD + IR webcam with privacy shutter, enabling Windows Hello facial recognition.
