The SilverStone XE360-TR5 is purpose-built for AMD’s most demanding workstation processors, providing outstanding cooling performance for Threadripper™ 7000, Threadripper PRO, and enterprise-class CPUs. Unlike conventional AIO coolers, the XE360-TR5 utilises a full-size nickel-plated copper cold plate that completely covers the massive Threadripper integrated heat spreader, ensuring maximum heat transfer across the entire processor surface.

One of the cooler’s standout innovations is its radiator-integrated pump. By relocating the pump away from the CPU block, SilverStone reduces vibration and heat transfer to the processor while improving pump longevity and lowering operating noise. The aluminium pump housing further strengthens the overall cooling assembly for long-term reliability in workstation environments.

Cooling performance is provided by a large 394mm aluminium radiator paired with three 120mm PWM radiator-optimised fans. Each fan features an advanced three-phase, six-pole motor, operating between 600 and 2800 RPM while producing up to 87.72 CFM of airflow and 3.09 mmH₂O of static pressure. This combination delivers exceptional thermal performance capable of handling heavily loaded Threadripper processors used for rendering, engineering simulations, AI development and professional content creation.
